How to record a greeting
The easiest way to record your greeting is from your phone! Here's a quick guide for both iPhone (iOS) and Android phones.
Iphone
1. Navigate to utilities folder and open voice memos
2. Click the red record button and record your greeting
If submitting your greeting on your phone: click the 3 dots and save to files.
If submitting your greeting on your PC: click share and email yourself the file as an attachment
Android
1. Swipe up from your home screen and search for 'sound recorder' and open the app
2. Tap the microphone to start your recording, and click pause to stop
3. Click the tick to save, and save as the surname on your booking
If submitting your greeting on your PC: Email yourself the file as an attachment
